When you use CustomeBayTemplates, we may collect:

• Account data: email address provided during checkout (via Lemon Squeezy)
• License data: license key validation requests sent to our API
• Usage data: anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) via Vercel Analytics
• Local storage: your license key and saved drafts are stored in your browser only — never on our servers

We use your data to:

• Validate your subscription and grant access to the generator
• Send transactional emails (receipts, license keys) via Lemon Squeezy
• Improve the product based on anonymous usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use the following third-party processors:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management. Their privacy policy governs data collected during checkout.
• Vercel — hosting and edge analytics (anonymized)

We do not use tracking cookies. Your license key and drafts are stored in your browser's localStorage only. Clearing your browser data will remove them.

We retain your email address for as long as you have an active subscription. After cancellation, data is retained for up to 90 days then deleted unless required by law.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email contact@etailready.com.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
