By accessing or using CustomeBayTemplates.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CustomeBayTemplates provides subscription-based access to professionally designed HTML templates for use in eBay product listings. Templates are delivered digitally via our generator tool.

Upon active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the generated HTML in your personal or business eBay listings
• Modify the generated HTML for your own listing purposes
• Generate an unlimited number of listings (subject to your plan limits)

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the templates or generated HTML as standalone products
• Share your license key with others
• Use the templates in any service that competes directly with CustomeBayTemplates

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

You agree not to use the Service to generate listings containing illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited content. Abuse of the platform, including attempts to circumvent access controls, may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The template designs, code, and branding of CustomeBayTemplates are the intellectual property of ETAILREADY LLC. The HTML you generate is yours to use per the license above.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties including, without limitation:

• No guarantee of sales or revenue. Our templates are design tools. We make no representation that using our templates will increase views, clicks, sales, conversion rates, or any other business metric. Results depend entirely on your products, pricing, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
• No guarantee of eBay acceptance. We do not guarantee that eBay will accept any specific HTML structure. eBay's policies and rendering may change at any time without notice. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your listing description complies with eBay's current requirements before publishing.
• No guarantee of uptime or availability. The generator tool may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CustomeBayTemplates and ETAILREADY LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, sales, or business
• eBay listing removal, account suspension, or policy violations
• Any reliance on templates for expected commercial outcomes
• Loss or corruption of data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
