Subscriptions — Monthly & Annual
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied after trying the generator, email us within 7 days of your initial payment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain full access until then.
To find your customer portal link, check your original receipt email from Lemon Squeezy.
Annual Plans
Annual plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if:
- The account shows clear abuse of the platform or the guarantee
- The request is made after the 7-day window without exceptional circumstances
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@etailready.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used at checkout. We'll process your refund within 3 business days.
